Proud of our club for bringing home the silverware this year for Community Initiative of the Year! This was awarded for our Bike the Track event where we saw over 150 children hit the track on their push bikes, all while raising funds for the Child Cancer Foundation.

This event was a hit last season, and grew even better this past season. We are really proud of this event and how it brings the community together, and we cannot wait to see it continue to be a staple in our seasons calendar!

We were also finalists for a number of other awards, which is an incredible achievement in itself to be named in the top three in the country;

  • Track of the Year – Voluntary Run
  • Event of the Year – NZ Stockcars
  • Award of Perservance

Congratulations to the award recipients in these categories, all thoroughly deserved!

Massive congratulations to our Youth Ministock competitor Jesse McPhee in being a finalist for Competitor of the Year, an incredible achievement especially with two more seasons remaining in the class.

Massive congratulations to our Official Track Photographer Tyler Hill Photography for being a finalist in the Photo of the Year award capturing our NZ Stockcars celebration.

Also congratulations to one of our commentators Stu Russell for once again making the finalists for Commentator of the Year.

Congratulations to all of the award winners over the weekend, and national title recipients that were acknowledged as well. Such a fabulous night of celebrations for our sport!

We look forward to proudly displaying this trophy and our finalist certificates in the Dub Club Clubrooms this season
