Welcome to The Upper Hutt Connection, a local online community newspaper for the people of Upper Hutt. The Upper Hutt Connection is an independent paper, I’m not associated with, Stuff, Neighbourly, etc – I email out a PDF of all the articles from the past week every Wednesday. The Upper Hutt Connection currently has 1,132 subscribers, so fill out the form here if you’d like to be on the mailing list.
If you haven’t received your copy of the Wednesday Edition for this week, please message me using the Contact the editor page.
You can also follow The Upper Hutt Connection on Facebook.
Cheers, Ben Knowles – Editor / Operator of The Upper Hutt Connection

If you have an article that you’d like included in next week’s Wednesday edition, please make sure that you’ve sent it through to me by 12.00 midnight, Monday evening.
NOTE: All articles need to be Upper Hutt related. The Upper Hutt Connection is NOT a place for covering national or international events. This includes Letter to the Editor as well. Decisions from the New Zealand government that affect all citizens of New Zealand (and that means including Upper Hutt) ARE welcome. Community events that are happening in the Greater Wellington Region are also invited to be advertised in “Beyond Upper Hutt” on The Upper Hutt Connection.
Items from the past month are displayed here. Any item older than this can be found under it’s respective category, or in The Upper Hutt Connection archive.
