Some achievements are big, and some are legendary. And today, we’re celebrating a legendary one.

A massive shout-out to the one and only Navroz (Nav) Singh, who will be stepping onto the field for his 150th game for Upper Hutt United!

Nav’s journey with UHUCC started long ago. He joined the club while still a student at St Pat’s Silverstream, showing immense promise by training with the Premiers and Reserves as a 14-year-old. It was clear from the start he was destined for big things. He quickly became a central figure, earning a promotion into the Prem team shortly after leaving school, a spot he has rightfully held ever since.

150 games is a testament to that incredible loyalty and love for the club. Nav is the definition of a UHUCC man through and through. Not only does he give his all on the pitch, but as our Treasurer and a key Committee Member, he’s the engine that keeps our club running. He is, without a doubt, the backbone of this place — and a staunch supporter of the all-important post-match debrief at the bar!

So, let’s get down to the game, make some noise, and show our appreciation for a true club legend on his special day!
