Victoria Edwards from the Upper Hutt Roller Skating Club recently returned from Buenos Aires, Argentina, where she proudly represented New Zealand in the 2025 World Figure Cup.

This prestigious competition featured top-level athletes from 11 different countries, all judged on their ability to create flawless tracings, demonstrate exceptional edge quality, and execute turns with exacting accuracy and control.

This marked Victoria’s third time representing New Zealand at this elite level. She achieved outstanding results, scoring the highest marks for an Oceania skater and surpassing two other New Zealand and two Australian competitors.
