The Khandallah Winter Triples was held on 20th July. The number of entries was verging on being non-viable so at the last minute, Dave Gwerder, Adrienne Gwerder and Mary Khalil entered, a little reluctantly, to save the day. As it happens, they ended up playing Michael Rocks (Naenae), Moises Burgos (UHPC) and Brian Smith (UHPC) in the championship final , and won! Suddenly they were not so reluctant to have entered! Well done to all 5 of the UHPC members, and of course Michael, who also hosted the tournament.
