A major milestone was reached on Saturday by Upper Hutt Petanque Club pair Brian Smith and Moises Burgos at the Carleen Fitzgerald Memorial Open Doubles tournament at Horowhenua Petanque Club in Levin. Brian and Moises frequently pair up as a formidable doubles team, and this was no exception. The pair of them won all 5 games and the trophy in the tournament, and this brings them to a total of 36 consecutive unbeaten games in doubles tournaments, and they remain unbeaten. UHPC is very proud to have these two amongst our skilled players in their club representing our city.
