We announce that Rory Fallon will not be returning to UHCF for the 2026 Season.
Rory joined us in 2024 as Director of Football and worked tirelessly to build the capability of our Senior Men’s Program, which was evident in the promotion of our Men’s 1st team back to Central League, a first in a decade and the progress of our Reserves and 3rd teams.
As a club, we continued off the back of this success in 2025, which was arguably one of our most successful seasons in the Senior Men’s and TDP. Not only did our 1st team retain their place in Central League, our Reserves and 3rd were promoted to Capital Premier and Capital 2 respectively (a first for our club). We saw U17 development players take their Central League debuts, and finally, our U19 Tournament season was a true success with the win of Ivan England and making the semi-finals in Napier.
Rory has built a great culture within our Men’s 1st team, and we look forward to seeing the growth of this team continue in 2026.
Rory leaves us for an exciting new opportunity that will be announced in the New Year.
We continue to work through details in terms of the replacement Director of Football and Men’s 1st Head Coach for the 2026 season; more information on this to come.
