Trentham School is seeking a compassionate and adaptable Teacher Aide

About the Role

The successful applicant will work closely with school staff and specialists.

Key responsibilities include:

• Delivering support to students and assisting with the implementation of classroom programmes
• Assisting with personal care and wellbeing
• Supporting students with complex needs in a calm and consistent manner

About You

We are looking for someone who is:

• Patient, empathetic, and reliable
• Comfortable and confident working with students who have high and complex needs
• Flexible and able to collaboratively as part of a team

Previous experience as a Teacher Aide is an advantage but not essential.
