
Ingredients
- 500g sausages (of your choosing)
- 2 tbsp cornflour
- 1/4 cup of brown sugar
- 4 tsp soy sauce
- 1/2 cup apple cider vinegar
- 450g tinned pineapple pieces (of your choosing)
Method
- Slice the sausages and fry them in a large frying pan on a medium / high heat until they are cooked through (check after ten minutes by cutting one open, if there is no redness/pinkness inside it the sausages are cooked)
- In a small pot, mix the brown sugar with the cornflour, then stir in the soy sauce, brown sugar, apple cider vinegar, and the juice from the tinned pineapple.
- Bring the sauce to the boil, stirring all the time, until the sauce turns thick and clear.
- Add the sauce to the cooked sausages and add the pineapple pieces.
