Potato Wedges

The Upper Hutt Connection

Ingredients:

  • 5 – 6 potatoes. Agrias work well.
  • Olive oil
  • Seasoning (optional)

Method:

  1. Preheat oven to 220°C
  2. Cut each potato into quarters, and then cut each quarter in half, making 8 wedges.
  3. As you prepare each wedge of potato, dry it with a tea towel, and then brush with olive oil using a pastry brush. You can add salt, pepper, garlic salt, or other seasonings to the olive oil if you wish.
  4. Arrange the wedges in a large roasting pan, and bake in the top area of the oven for 30 minutes.
