
Ingedients:
- 1kg boiled potatoes.
- 1 420g tin condensed chicken soup
- 3/4 cup milk
- grind of black pepper
- 1/2 cup bread crumbs
- 1/2 cup grated cheese (tasty or colby)
Method
- Preheat oven to 220°C
- Grease an 8 cup capacity ovenproof baking dish.
- Slice the potatoes and layer in the oven dish. Then combine the condensed chicken soup, milk, and black pepper, and pour over the potatoes. Gently shaking the dish to spread the soup mixture throughout the potatoes.
- Mix the breadcrumbs and grated cheese together in a bow, and then sprinkle evenly over the potatoes.
- Bake for 20 minutes.
