Ingredients
Meatballs:
- 500g beef mince
- 1 egg
- 1 tsp garlic salt
- 1 cup bread crumbs
- pepper
- curry powder
Sauce:
- 2 onions, sliced
- 1 tsp of garlic salt
- 1 tsp curry powder
- 1/2 tsp ground ginger
- 1 tin of chopped tomatoes
- 2 cups beef stock
Combine all the meatball ingredients. (mixing the ingredients using your hands works best)
Fry the onions in some oil, then add the garlic salt, curry powder, and ground ginger and mix them with the fried onions. Then add the tinned tomatoes and the beef stock.
Add the meatballs to the sauce, bring the mixture to the boil, and then simmer for 40 minutes. Stir the mixture once in a while (about every 10 minutes works well), and then serve on rice.
