Ingredients
- 6 large tomatoes, chopped
- 2 telegraph cucumbers, quartered and thinly sliced
- 1 red onion, thinly sliced
- 1 cup of pitted olives
- 200g feta cheese
- 1/2 cup olive oil (optional)
- dried oregano
Method
- Mix the tomatoes, cucumber, red onion, and olives in a salad bowl.
- Crumble the feta cheese into large pieces and scatter over the top of the salad.
- Sprinkle with a little dried oregano
- If desired, drizzle 1/2 cup of olive oil over the salad as the salad dressing. Otherwise (and un-authenticaly), serve mayonnaise with the salad and diners can add some to their salad as they wish.
