
Dark, flavourful, and economical – Makes 3/4 cup.
Ingredients:
- 50g butter
- 4 tbsp cocoa
- 4 tbsp sugar
- 3 tbsp water
- 1/2 tsp vanilla essence
Method:
- Place all ingredients in a saucepan. Heat very slowly over a a low heat, stirring occasionally. Remove from the heat once well mixed. – Do not let the sauce boil. Serve warm or cold.
