
Ingredients:
- 200g butter
- 3/4 cup icing sugar
- 3/4 cup cornflour
- 1 1/4 cups flour
- 1/8 tsp salt
Method
- Cream butter and sugar. Stir in sifted cornflour, flour and salt.
- Knead mixture until smooth and then on a floured board, roll into a log.
- Wrap in greaseproof paper and chill in fridge.
- When required, cut into 1 cm thick slices using a knife dipped in hot water. Bake at 150°C for about 20 minutes.
