
Ingredients:
- 225g butter
- 225g brown sugar
- 4 eggs, beaten
- 115g mixed peel
- 2 tsp mixed spice
- 225g sultanas
- 225g raisins
- 280g flour
- 115g walnuts
- 8 – 12 tbsp Stout (Guinness)
Method:
- Cream butter and sugar, add eggs, and then the remaining dry ingredients. Lastly, stir in the Stout (Guinness)
- Bake at 160°C for 90 minutes.
