
Ingredients:
- 2 tbsp butter
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 4 tbsp milk
- 3/4 cup milk powder
- 3 tbsp cocoa
- 1/4 cup sultanas
- 1/4 cup walnuts
- 1/2 tsp vanilla essence
Method:
- Heat butter, sugar and milk in saucepan until butter and sugar are melted.
- Place the milk powder and cocoa in a large bowl and add the butter/sugar/milk mixture, then stir in the fruit, nuts, and vanilla.
- Roll in coconut and leave to set. Store in the refrigerator.
