
Ingredients:
- 500g dried apricots – minced
- 500g sweetened condensed milk
- 1/2 cup coconut
- 1/2 cup brown sugar
- grated rind of one orange
Method
- Combine all ingredients. Form into small balls and roll in coconut. Refridgerate.
