The upgrade from our old software to the new system has been completed. Thank you for your patience over the past two weeks, while the final phase of this huge project was under way.

Testing and finetuning

As with any major computer upgrade, there will still be a significant amount of work going on behind the scenes over the coming days to ensure that the new catalogue and system work as they should.

Some of our services may take a little longer to resume (e.g. Suggest to Buy). Our magazines collection will be available for browsing and borrowing – however, placing holds on magazines is unavailable at the moment. Work is under way to have them available for holds as soon as possible.

Our library app: updates in progress

There is still some work under way to finalise updates and switch the app over to our new computer system.

Please note: Once you’ve reset your password on the new catalogue, you will need to sign in again on the app using your new password.
