Congratulations to Rolleston Brass for winning the C Grade competition at this years NZ National Brass Band Championships.
After 2 days of competition, playing our hymn, set test and our own choice test piece at the NZ National Brass Band Championships in Wellington, Upper Hutt Brass Band has gained an overall placing of 4th in the C Grade competition for 2026. A big thank you to all players for all the hard work and practising that you have put in, to participate in this competition. An even bigger thank you must go to our Musical Director, for all the time you have put into getting the band ready, and getting the band up to the task of competing at a national level. For that, we say thank you.
