Have you seen the remodelling work going on at New Zealand Campus of Innovation and Sport (NZCIS)? It’s all part of making it ready for a new tenant who is going to be moving in soon. Gillies Group has provided me with this information about the project.

The five floors of A Block are being renovated and upgraded on behalf of the owners of NZCIS for a new tenant. As part of this upgrade, the street facade and part of the north side of the building are being removed, with a glass facade at the end of the building, and a new lift shaft and stairwell to the south side of the building.
