A man living in the Te Korowai facility which is part of Rimutaka Prison but outside the perimeter fence is due to appear in court on Tuesday (21st of January), relating to indecent assault, and breaching extended supervision orders which includes an evening curfew. Other charges also include testing positive for drug and alcohol use, and being in public places he shouldn’t have been in.
