Upper Hutt City Council Invites Expressions of Interest (EOI) from organisations or individuals interested in leasing the building located at 90A Mcleod Street, Upper Hutt.

The Council is seeking tenant(s) whose proposed use of the facility supports Upper Hutt’s community outcomes:

We are looking for ideas that will bring this space to life and deliver clear benefits for the Upper Hutt community. This could include activities, services, or programmes that support local people, create opportunities to connect and participate, celebrate culture and creativity, encourage recreation and wellbeing, care for the environment, or help build skills, employment, and local economic activity.

Submissions close at 12.00pm on Monday, 05 October 2026.
