It’s winter. It’s cold and raining. Typically we see a slow in adoptions at this time of year. We also see less donations as people are putting more towards power bills. We get it.

Our bank account is looking very low, we have no puppy food and are expecting our monthly vet bills soon. On top of normal vaccinations and desexing, Cosmo had an infected wound, Max hurt his paw, Maggie ate something she shouldn’t…… We are asking for help because we really need it.

So please can you, our wonderful followers, possibly help us get over this mid winter slump?

Ellie’s Canine Rescue and Rehome, ASB, 12-3478-0067646-00. We can provide receipts for IRD if you email us your details. Money received will go towards puppy food and vet bills.

Physical resources:

We need XL crates (in reasonable condition), clean dog beds, adjustable harnesses especially medium size and puppy food (preferably Blackhawk, Acana or Royal Canin as this is what our pups are currently on). Please message us for drop points.

Forever homes:

Help us get our dogs and pups adopted by sharing our adoption posts on your personal Facebook page or local community pages.
