Birchville Dam is closing for construction beginning Monday 4 November so the team can construct new stairs. There will be no access to the dam during this time.

We expect the work to be completed throughout November and re-opened in time for summer (early December 2024).

We’ve highlighted the closure on the attached map and included a couple of photos to help jog the memory of the dam.
