Our restoration work at Beechwood Lane Bridge has been delayed due to the late delivery of replacement timber.

While carrying out this work we discovered that more timber beams were in poor condition than first anticipated.

The restoration work will ensure the integrity of this historic bridge for years to come and we appreciate your patience.

The bridge is still open for public use. We expect this work to be completed by the end of April.
