Over the past few weeks I’ve had emails coming in asking if I could advertise and promote events being held in Petone, one being a movie night fundraiser and the other a charity business which is having their Christmas drive.

This created a little bit of a conundrum as I know these events are clearly not in Upper Hutt, but I do like being inviting and accommodating – So I’ve come up with Beyond Upper Hutt to cater for this. I won’t be searching out these events myself, they will only be put up if requested. Beyond Upper Hutt will cover events in the Wellington region – That is up to the border where it then becomes the Manawatū-Whanganui region. This is just north of Otaki on the Kapiti side and just north of Mt. Bruce in the Wairarapa.
