Most of us can remember a teacher who did that for us. Someone who noticed our potential, built our
confidence or simply made sure we didn’t feel left behind.

Now, thanking them can help put school essentials into the hands of tamariki who might otherwise go
without.

For October, Warehouse Stationery and The Salvation Army’s Thank a Teacher appeal invites Kiwis to
create a free personalised card for a teacher who made a difference. For every card created,
Warehouse Stationery will donate $2, up to $50,000, to help provide school essentials to children
experiencing hardship.

One small mihi for the teacher who helped you. One practical way to help the next kid through the
classroom door.
