The Garage sale will be held on the weekend of November 22^nd/23^rd from 10am to 3pm each day.  This is planned as a two-day event, so we hope to have lots of customers pop in and see what’s on offer and where we are. Watch this space for further details in a dedicated flyer for the event.

The garage is currently being used to assemble many and varied items for sale. We have just about everything on offer from board games to unicycles! It’s just like Aladdin’s Cave. (see below)

There is a huge array of hand tools of every description, and if you are concerned about the safety of any the corded tools available, you can rest assured that each one has been safety tested to local regulations and tagged. Just come along and see what’s on offer. No sensible offer will be refused – we need the space! Just remember to bring cash as we cannot accommodate electronic transactions.

We were hoping that we could combine our Official opening with the Garage sale, but this is waiting on confirmation from our sponsors and other invitee’s that the date suggested is suitable. We will confirm the date as soon as we can.

Our reputation for clearing out garages and sheds was acutely tested recently when we were approached to assist in the clearing out of a local factory. Whilst we were not involved in the removal of the many large machines present, we were tasked with clearing some of the unwanted products, part used raw materials, tools and metal support structures. Two weeks later after many hours of hard work, the “small” team assigned (Ross, Murray, John, Lorne, Thomas, Brian and Mike R) had the place cleaned out and ready for the next tenant! Well done guys! We also received a handsome donation for our efforts from the owner.

We have completed a few customer projects during the last couple of weeks.

An unwanted but damaged chest of drawers which had been donated, was repaired and sold on, generating much needed funds.

The wind chime was refurbished thanks to Keiron.

A rusty small climbing frame from a local kindy was also refurbished thanks to Curtis.

Projects just starting are replacing the top on a garden table, cutting down a storage box for a kindy and making two garden benches for a local church group.
