A variation you can apply to some of the slices in the baking section.

Hi everyone, here’s something new which I’ve been trying with my slices lately.

If you find it hard rolling out the second measure of dough to cover the fillings when it comes to the Strawberry Slice, Apricot Slice, and the Fudge Cake slice, you can always add a 1/4 cup of extra flour to the dough, knead it in, and then roll and cut it to make a lattice design. I’ve found that this works much more reliably than the other method.
